Applebee's offers each level of management a competitive salary and bonus plan. Bonus plans are based on achieving individual restaurant targets for sales and profit and are simple and transparent.

Profit Sharing Plan
General Managers who have been in place for two years are eligible for our profit sharing plan. Simply put, you get a piece of the action. Profit sharing is based on a percentage of the actual profit for your restaurant at year end.

Training and Development
We offer extensive training to our new managers to ensure the confidence they’ll need to excel in their new positions. You will attend a ten-week training program in one of our certified training facilities. And through a combination of hands-on experience and self-guided study, you’ll develop all the skills you need to be successful. After you complete core training, development begins. We offer both on- and off-site classes to continue your growth and knowledge.
